Subscriptions & seats

A subscription gives your account ongoing access. It comes with a number of seats, and one seat is one device.

Seats

• A seat is a machine — each device you use takes one seat.
• Your subscription defines how many seats it includes.
• You manage which devices occupy seats from your personal area (see

Device linking).

Plans

CodingBox offers several plans that differ in scope and included seats. Your personal area shows your current plan, its seat count and how many are in use.

Arranging a subscription

A subscription is arranged through your personal area: an invoice is issued and, once payment is confirmed, the subscription and its seats become active. Payment options depend on what is currently available for your account.

When it renews or ends

While the subscription is active, the app returns an account-level license on check-in with your seat details. Keep an eye on the renewal date shown in your personal area so access is not interrupted.
